Default Re: Don't know how it'll end up, however....

I'm glad the Saints won. I was pulling for them ('cept in the 3rd quarter when a field goal by the Colts would have won me the $75 3rd Q pool).

But, I found the game kind of boring. Nothing but pass and catch. Redundant. No wonder a SB record was set for receptions.

I prefer a defensive kind of game. Where were the sacks and the hurries? While there were a few good hits behind the line of scrimmage - they were kinda balletic. I like to see a good smashing RB stuff. Some of my favorite games of all time were 10-7 final scores.

And I prefer a slog it out kind of ground game. Both defenses were like sieves. Letting huge runs (as well as passes) leak through. Screw "bend but don't break". I wanna see HITS!
